It's clearly evident that your notion of the medical field is outdated by about 70 years. Do you know how competitive it is to get into an RN program? 2 years prerequisites and 3 years in a nursing program once you're accepted. A hospital floor will usually have 2 or 3 Healthcare assistants meaning they have 10 to 15 patients each. Nurses will have 1-5 patients to care for so your claim that assistants are more hands-on is not valid.
