There are definitely human rights issue everywhere in some of the lesser developed parts of Muslim nations, but women have it harder for sure, just because of the emphasis on how women should behave as outlined by their religion. ie; promiscuous women are bad, always listen to your husband even if he beats you. They have actual victim blaming there. I can agree that in western countries as far as the major problems in equality go, it's pretty good, and there's lots of discussion about the things…
