Is a landlord who rents out an apartment in this category? Certainly, ultimately the State will violently support his property rights, as he will ultimately be able to have tenants evicted if they aren't paying their rent. I.e. incarceration for burglars/muggers/fraudsters etc? I'm not sure I understand why private property, and the legal protection for it, are inherently immoral. Please clarify.
