I work for a sub contractor and although it may be a "suggestion" you wont get the job if you cant provide those workers.

And honestly there are union requirements on a lot of job sites to have female and minority workers. So if any women want to start a career in construction the carpet is rolled out for you.

Like you said a simple google search for "does circumcision affect sensitivity" will show you that. In the end. No matter what is shown to you, you're not going to look at both sides. Yeah, the guy who immediately turns to insults clearly is looking at all the facts from both sides and is making an informed opinion. Sorry, I don't know how I could have been so wrong.
