Also something that worked well for me a couple times was „hey you look like you’re having a rough day“... and usually they start talking just continue the conversation according to what she says. If you feel it’s going well enough you can ask her „what time do you get off maybe you can tell me more over some (the closest food place for example chipotle/tacos/pizza)“ if she says yes please don’t ruin it if she says no... good now you can focus on someone else

Because after my workout I need to get my daily protein intake so I stay within the gym/healthy lifestyle but some of the girls are really into that stuff so the fact you take them there gives you points besides a smoothie or a low carb sandwich is cheaper than a real first date meal

Honestly I always look for the one who smiles at me! Then I ask them if they want to train with me usually works and then I ask them if they want to get a protein smoothie! That works wonders but watch out!!! I never ask them to come to my place that’s weird and will creep them out so I recommend you to find a place where you can get vegan and protein meals and stuff
