0	Sooo this is what they come up with??? People work late, or routinely work night shifts for the pay differential. Travel at night to avoid the heat of the day, or the traffic. Drive or walk their pets, or walk to clear their heads. Run to the store to get medicine for a sick kid, go see an elderly relative or good friend calls and asks them for help; people get lost or drunk or go jogging before daybreak or up fill up the car last thing, before bed—so they can get on the road first thing at 6 am. 0	Statutory rape victim forced to pay child support now that he is of age. Rape and incest victims who are female usually have to share custody or permit visitation to the children they have or are forced to have, with their rapists/relatives.
