Make events happen. I (24M) have struggled in a new city for a while and realised that it's not anywhere near as easy as school. I play competition squash and recently invited a few people out to rock climb for something different. Didnt really hit it off with them all but I'll be trying again with others soon. I guess just push to make plans with acquaintances you enjoy the company of.

What does your full body routine consist of? 5x3? Squats/deads/ohp/bench/pullups or..? I've been trying 4x full body 5x5 per week with additional weighted dips tacked on and have made good progress (+10lb in weight per week).

Excellent work. I've given myself a kick in the ass after finding myself at 23 y/o with 28k debt due to holidays and buying a V8. Within 6 months I'm now 24 with only 8k remaining, paying off 3k a month. Living on a military base with $500 in expenses a month. Aiming for 15k before December and 50k before December 2020. Its required a good kick to the ego ive learned to live with less pomp and frills.

I didn't realise how far back messaging frequently with her was setting me back, even if it's reciprocated.Playing competition squash at the moment, but I'll look into some combat sports. Edit; blue, bp, got it

Squats. Medium weight range leg press, super setted with dumbbell lunges until failure, with a long break between sets. Sprints. Das all you need

Im the same. I am quiet most of the time, even in the presence of very close friends, and I prefer it that way. I feel as though people talk too much about generic shit. However it has become a hindrance when I'm seeing someone and it would be helpful to be able to open up and establish better conversation but sometimes I'd sit there and not be even remotely interested in what they're saying especially if its generic conversation. I'm unsure how to go about changing this for the sake of closer r…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
