In your place i would train my masking skills, to feel less uncomfortable in the beginning that i would have to expose more myself to train my masking skills i would use some t-shirts written sentences of understanding austism. I think if the loss of libido is cause you are not addicted to porn or pussy anymore is a good thing, but if you have low libido cause of low testosterone that's a really bad situation.
