i would much, much, much prefer to have the $200k job than vice-versa. i like making money and i don't really care if my partner does or doesn't so long as he enjoys what he's doing and his presence in my life isn't a net negative.

well if nobody's an alpha and everyone is brainwashed the entire theory is pointless anyway lol
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/17 02:49 AM

Only beta males can't handle a female with that sort of baggage lol, okay. that explains why all the universally-agreed-upon "alpha" males -- celebrities, world leaders, business leaders, etc -- insist on settling down with pure virginal brides. except, you know, they don't.

This isn't easily fixable. i would argue that it is. it might take a little time, but it's something that can definitely be fixed (as opposed to something like facial plastic surgery, where the results aren't guaranteed) and it requires no willpower or extreme effort on your part (as opposed to something like weight loss). if this girl gets braces, her teeth will get straight and they will look fine. to me, that's a pretty easy fix. She has no curve n her waist and no boobs, and no curved thighs…

far more features i think all of these women have the same number of features :) i don't think she's all that attractive, but the main issue with her is her teeth and that's super fixable. she's also wearing the least makeup of the women you posted, and she's not terrible looking. that indicates that she'd probably be a lot better-looking with makeup, which she'd need to compete with the other women. for example, i think 7 is really hot, but i think a significant part of her look is her makeup a…

female, married, and no. first of all, any guy who would be willing to act as a "backup" for someone (not necessarily consciously, but any guy hovering about that i knew was a sure thing, i guess) isn't a guy i'd be attracted to. hovering and hoping is pretty unattractive. second, while i don't think i'd have any problems finding a new person if i needed to, i also really have no issues being single. i honestly enjoy it, and if my current relationship ended i would probably date around but not g…

hardwork is the key to achieve high levels of aesthetics it is, and i think that even if you don't start with the best "canvas" there's still a lot you can do to improve. maybe someone who's a "3" right now is never going to be a "9," but that doesn't mean they can't improve at all. you care more about your health than momentary food pleasure haha, well, my love of vegetables has nothing to do with health...like i said, that's the one area where i really am just lucky. i honestly probably have l…

No, its very good to be very vain. I wish most people would be interested in their health and aesthetics as you and your husband are. haha, i agree! but i think it's more important for people to realize that it's not just luck or genes or fate that determines your looks/body. i mean, it's partly that...but just partly. and there's a lot that you can do to improve yourself. i've definitely got friends who "want" to look better, but who can't wrap their heads around the fact that i work really har…

nope, just very vain.

I'm normally very against anecdata, but the most promiscuous guys I know (granted they're older so they've had more time to amass partners, but we're talking hundreds of partners, one guy in the thousands) literally don't give a fuck. No sexual history a woman had could even come close to what they have, and I haven't seen either of them express an interest in "virginal" women (they'd have a hard time finding them given their age group anyway.) this has also been my experience. the promiscuous g…

Yeah, but shorter guys who are bulkier look weirder than a lean-looking very tall man. well, that's probably subjective. the point is that it's definitely easier for a guy who's 5'10" to look like jason than it is for a guy who's 6'6" to look like jason, so i guess that's a congrats to jason :) More toned, then? I think he looked huge in that show. he did look huge, but he wasn't that cut? just, more definition. Yeah, I know what you mean. Your husband is at 9% body fat? he's about 8% right now,…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/17 09:32 PM

Jason has the advantage of being much taller than most men. it's not really height that affects that. if anything, taller guys usually have a disadvantage because they need more bulk to look bigger (while shorter guys can get muscular-looking much faster). Jason in Game of thrones was too much, eh? he was okay in game of thrones but i guess "ideally" he would've been a little leaner (as in, less body fat -- not necessarily thinner, if that makes sense). i actually picked jason because he looks a…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/17 09:11 PM

yeah, it's not just about "leanness" so much as it's about build (which is partly determined by genetics, and also partly determined by working out when you're younger, among other things). most of the guys i like are technically very lean but with a different build. the guy you posted has a much smaller build than jason ever did, leanness not withstanding. i do like jason with a bit more bulk than in baywatch, but a little less than now.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/17 08:33 PM

yeah, he looks better in those pics you linked. but in that original pic he looks quite skinny. he still has a pretty small frame overall, and his body isn't my ideal. i prefer bigger shoulders and a more developed chest, like this.

so...how does finding out he's got money affect me? it depends on a few things. first, how do i find out? do i find out because he tells me? if so, ew. that would be a huge turnoff. i generally dislike guys with money, self-made or not. i grew up in a very, very wealthy community and i'm just...not a big fan of guys with money. i, myself, have plenty of money so it's not really a plus and it's more often a negative because of the attitudes surrounding it and how money affects people's outlook on…

yes and no. yes, it's easy for attractive people to think that most of their good fortune in dating/life is due to things other than their looks (e.g. their confidence or personality or wit), and a lot of the advice that boils down to "just be yourself" is bullshit. but at the same time, the majority of attractive people aren't naturally that attractive. that doesn't mean they're not naturally attractive -- they are -- just that they're not naturally as attractive as you see them. like, that gir…

1 - a little above-average. really not my style. big eyes, nice face shape, but her overall "look" isn't something i think of as attractive. 2 - hot. 3 - if she got her teeth fixed, i'd say average but probably pretty hot with makeup done right. she's kind of generic but in a way that makes me think she'd be a good blank slate (like a model). 4 - i like her boobs (who doesn't), but her legs and the rest of her look pretty soft. i don't think her face is probably below-average without makeup. 5 -…

just commented on the other thread...i don't really do ratings out of 10, and even though i did on the other thread that's not really indicative of how i feel (e.g. if i think a 7 is attractive but an 8 is slightly more attractive, end game is the same. so i'm just going to say "attractive," "could work with it," or "not attractive" and explain why. for reference, i am mixed race (part asian, part other stuff) and american, but i grew up in a very diverse, international community. regardless of …
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/17 12:50 AM

i don't really rate people out of 10...it's more like "would hit it" "would maybe hit it" and "no." i guess 7 - 10 is "would hit it," "5 - 7" is "would maybe hit it" and anything below that is "no." 1 - i know plenty of women who would find him attractive, but he's too soft-looking overall for me. 4/10 2 - hot. yes. like the jaw, like the smile, like the arms, haha. 8/10. 3 - meh. not for me. soft/weak chin, looks scrawny. 3.5/10. 4 - that's a better-looking photo of ronaldo, but he's way too...…

we did this too, but for the logistical purposes (both our names are pretty long), my name is middle and his is last. however we use the two names together as an informal last name (just not for paperwork and stuff where it would matter). e.g. i'm known as "alzayz jones smith" and people call me "ms. jones smith" but on my driver's license the last name is just "smith"

Did/will you take your (future) husband's last name? i did, but he also took my last name. i like the idea of having the same name as my husband, but at the same time, i also really like my maiden name. he actually isn't a big fan of his last name, but he had recently reconciled with his estranged father and he therefore wanted to keep his last name as a gesture of that reconciliation (his father wouldn't have cared either way, but that's not the point). so we both changed our names -- i added h…
