Oi, I give pretty decent relationship advice! Granted, it mostly consists of me telling my (usually male) friends to break up with that ugly slut, but it's still solid advice. Thanks for the encouragement though. :)

Even then, that's the women gaming the system (which is fairly sexist against men, unfortunately). I guess I see it as it's not marriage that entices women to be cruel and terrible, it's divorce. Yes. That's the problem, not the institution of marriage. Marriage in itself isn't a bad thing, it's when you're reckless and blind to seeing the actual, real, true person you're marrying that's the problem. This is off topic, but could you tell me why I got down voted? What did I do wrong?

I just find it really hard to believe that people do a complete 180 without any signs. Any time one of my friends is dating a closet crazy, there are always signs. I think the real problem is romanticizing people/love. It makes them blind to how fucking batshit their SO is. It's not marriage's fault that the people are shitty.
