1	Good to see companies speak up about false accusations, Swiggy is India's largest online food ordering and delivery platform. Makes sense, and no doubt claims need to be proven just like any other crime. And false accusations (maliciously made) should be punishable because it’s heinous. I know we shouldn’t victim blame but it’s less useful to say men are victims of violent crime more often when they are more likely to be criminals themselves, more likely to be in dangerous situations (like how many women u know going out for walks alone?? Every single one of my female friends/coworkers/acquaintances has a story about something happening to them where they had experienced assault or had reason to believe they were in immediate danger of assault, sexual or otherwise. Men of course can be raped, sexually abused, and otherwise attacked. It’s less likely to be raped both for women and men on a random walk at night than by someone you know, so that fear might not be totally warranted for anyone.
