you people don't know ANYTHING. You clowns don't even have enough information to make a police/ FBI report. Romeo and Juliet laws apply to minors who have sex with children UNDER the age of sixteen. TopBasicsConsentRomeo/JulietDatingSextingDetails According to state law, statutory rape in Georgia is sex with a person under the age of 16. The law defines the age of 16 as the point at which a person may legally consent to sex. In Georgia, statutory rape is classified as a felony. It is a strict li…

Hahaha. Dude he didn’t rape anyone. Those chicks knew exactly what they were doing. Hell, there are teen girls right now that want nothing to do with guys their own age. For better or worse, they know what they are doing and make their own choices. You’re sitting here running up you blood pressure for nothing. The fact that you even use the term “cis man” is proof enough that you’re a moist bitch.

He didn’t break any laws. The morally is irrelevant. All people involved with him did what they wanted and chose to do. Folks bitching and crying need to be getting ready for this global reset. Boy oh boy, once this reset gets popping all these finger pointers and hater are gonna forget all about how “moral” they used to be cause they’ll be stealing and robbing just to make it.

Look I still think people calling gc a predator are silly and moist. Im saying this pseudo moral outrage from the “cancel GC” crowd is just virtue signaling. He didn’t do shit to anyone against their will. Even if you disagree with his actions, everyone jumping on this “predator” train is just trying to feel like they have some moral high ground

Plus the whole delinquency thing would have been the worse case scenario for him back then. There’s nothing that could be done now. Like i said. Adult messing with minors is legal (depending on the state) although is ethically sketchy.

He said that a girl that LOOkED 15 answered his ad. But he never said he had sex with a 15 year old. Also, once again any woman who answered his ads wouldn’t have found them if they hadn’t been looking. People can drive, have jobs, and do all sorts of things before 25. Hell, if i had committed any felonies at 16 my ass would have RIGHTFULLY been charged as an adult because at 16 I would have been an adolescent not an innocent little kid. I would have know exactly what i was doing just like any w…

GC (at the time of the sexual encounters could have been charged with delinquency of a minor (worst case scenario) but not statutory rape.

this is the one i meant to post. (a) A person commits the offense of statutory rape when he or she engages in sexual intercourse with any person under the age of 16 years and not his or her spouse, provided that no conviction shall be had for this offense on the unsupported testimony of the victim. (b) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this Code section, a person convicted of the offense of statutory rape shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than 20 years; provi…

Statutory rape is typically a felony and punishable by one to 20 years' imprisonment. Statutory rape is punished more severely if the defendant is over the age of 21. If the defendant is 21 years old or older, then statutory rape is punishable by ten to 20 years in prison. (Ga. Code Ann. § 16-6-3 (2018).) If the defendant is under the age of 18 and the victim is age 15 or 16, then statutory rape is a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 12 months in county jail, a fine of up to $1,000, or both. (Ga.…

that law is mean to protect teenagers who bang other teenagers under the age of 16. 16 and up is legal for adults. Unwise but legal.

Under Section 16-6-3 of the Georgia Criminal Code, individuals age 18 or younger who engage in sexual activity with people who are no more than 4 years younger than them will get misdemeanor statutory rape charges rather than the felony charges they would otherwise suffer. As such, if one person is at least 14 but less than 16 and the other person is 18 or younger, then the punishment would be misdemeanor charges rather than felony statutory rape charges. At least 14 but UNDER 16. all of you b…

Because it’s that simple. He didn’t have sex woth anyone younger than sixteen. Therefore, he isn’t in jail and isn’t going.

No, read the full law as it is. That applies to minors under the age of 16. It say at least 14 but less than 16 specifically. If the actor is more than 4 years older they’ll get popped with a felony instead of a misdemeanor. 16 and over is legal in Georgia.

Section 16-6-3 of the Georgia Criminal Code thats not what it says
