As you did understand the term here is manichean (i m not sur if i wrote it properly). Basically it means the world is black/white, good/bad to her. You wont be able to open her and clarify her vision if you dont take absurb examples

In most countries it is illegal, but you need to apply and if you are rejected because of your sex, you can sue the company (and gain quite some money)

I recently had a class called EQIT where the teacher basically fed us propaganda But no one in the class (even the women) trusted what shed said as there was too much propaganda The class was called "equity class" but the major part was occupied by women's problems I am currently thinking about writing to our college's administration about this concern EDIT: Made too many mistakes
