Gonna get downvoted to hell, but I think it is important to acknowledge hormonal differences along with societal expectations when dealing with people, hormones are a shitty thing and effect both men and women, men have the added expectation of lack of vulnerability. It doesn’t mean we excuse the behaviour but we understand a bit better where it comes from and can empathise?

Love Simon is okaaaaay, it's great to see the gay community represented without it being tokenism, but it's kind like any other rom com. It's very wishy washy. But it's not a bad movie.

I just see this as a traumatic experience for anyone... Having someone over you like that while everyone laughs. I can imagine if it happened to me I'd still be in pain. Is he no different from me? This is a child... That woman is a fucking disgrace.

I can't stand this. If you made one joke about the woman woooooo nelly. Bravo for having the courage to stand up for what's right.

If a man were to stand up to a woman and say "I deserve respect" it unfortunately doesn't have the same effect as a woman standing up and saying "this man deserves respect" I hate that this is the case and I want to do what ever I can to make it acceptable for a man to be respected as much as anyone else.

It's only just happened and he's only just out of hospital. He's still a little woozy from it all but is seeking legal advice. And in australia we call them "coasties"

Ok so this one might be petty.. Why is it that women want equal or more pay then men but it's still expected of men to spend thousands on diamond rings?? It doesn't make sense to me.

I came to this subreddit not knowing what to expect. I identified myself as female because I wanted you to know that you have support from other women.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
