So if I were only interested in reaching my genetic limit and not going beyond, assuming I'm smart with what I take and continue training and eating well after the cycle would I be able to keep those gains? I've committed to training regularly for the rest of my life and I'm knowledgable about nutrition and like to eat healthily anyway. Id only be interested in peds as a way of accelerating the muscle building process. Cheers.

I gotcha, I passed it the first few times but think I got thrown off the last as I thought I'd failed the barrage of questions. Sheer force of will. First you consciously choose to be productive whenever you would otherwise choose to be lazy. Then you start to create a groove/habit for being productive rather than being lazy. Dominance hierarchies aren't about being rich though though that is one hierarchy, I can see how my mountain analogy might have seemed like that was what I was talking about. I'm sure you may find very rare cases of extreme attitudes like this but a female's imperative is to create and care for children, to become pregnant and willingly terminate your unborn child is for most a heartbreaking and traumatic experience. Of course there is. You dont have to get completely blazed every time you smoke. One puff has a different effect than smoking an entire joint. Weed can help me focus too though if I smoke a 'normal' amount as in a joint to myself its also accompanied by the 'negative' aspects. Paranoia, brain flitting from one thing to another etc. Weed in small doses can be very calming where as too much can be quite intense. I find its a very versatile drug with a lot of utility if you treat it with respect.
