1	How you know you're Alpha Screaming also helps. Its why military instructors at the various basic trainings sound the way they do. When you train instructors, you make them scream until they lose their voice... Then make them keep screaming while calling them a pussy. After three or four iterations of losing your voice you'll noticeably sound deeper. This is why I love football.
