The two lawsuits were definetly both settled and those links are from the complaints, which wouldnt mention anything about a settlement because that happened later in the case. As a law student, and i work in a firm, suits arent admissions of guilt, unless it says so, but lets not be ridiculous and act surprised when people put two and two together.

I think its fine to do in a high crime area, IF the officer has a good amount of experience in the bad area and if he has experience in witnessing bad things before they happen in that area. Thats what the original case, Terry v Ohio, was looking for. The problem is that the police have gotten away from that. It also shouldnt deal with drugs, if the cop is frisking he knows what a gun should feel like.

The women only generated $8M less over 4 years than the men. Some years the women make more because of World Cup and same for men. This isn't like NBA v WNBA.
