Have you gotten yourself a new bed? One that you picked out? Replace it all- mattress, pillows, sheets. A lot of good advice in this thread, consider changing your environment in order to help change your mindset.

What about switching the breakers to her exclusive use space off while she’s not there? I wouldn’t bother going in and looking for them, just wait for a reaction just in case they are battery operated (nanny cams usually are). Do that for a week or so.
