I am in a behavioral health nutrition dietetic practice group, and we often talk about gender bias in eating disorders, as the OP of the FB post demonstrates in a way. She is exclaiming that females have it worse, etc. When it comes to eating disorders (I know that isn't the topic, but stay with me), males are far less likely to report them or seek help due to these bias, like men have it so much easier and it's not "real" for men, only women, etc.
