Agreed, just as many female predators as male IMO. OP what you're describing is narcissism, not necessarily all females. Triangulation or releasing the flying monkeys is part of that package. Pro tip, if they make duck face on their social media, move on!

Agree, they're not more empathic. Makes me wonder if the current structure we have with women being the "caregivers" and the men being the "providers" was just so narcissistic women could have more control, more say and gaslight men into being a meal ticket.

You are awesome. It may get deleted in those subs but being honest isn't against the rules here. As an aside, the biggest problem with the court system is that there is clear bias and they admit in their own by-laws that they have zero interest in the children and they also get kick backs from the Federal Government for every dollar collected. Until the motivation changes non-custodials are and will be screwed.

Johnny Depp should have known not to fall for the classic "Lemon Tree". I know what she did was completely, unabashedly wrong, evil and horrific, but come on, Johnny. We could see that from a mile away. I'll leave this here for the young whipper snappers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f97-E3Y2G4Q

The problem with the Family Law Court is that they are a non-interested 3rd party. They get .60 cents for every dollar collected in the form of a grant from the Federal Government. And since they are a government body, they misuse their own power to reach the aim of collecting that money irregardless of the children. It's wrong, it's illegal and somebody oughta do something about it. This truly has nothing to do with being female or male. It's the children that get screwed when the government bl…

Divorce court is a mudslinging fest and she slung mud first. That's the sad truth. Once those allegations are made they chase you for years, either professionally or mentally. Unfounded? Sorry guilty until proven dead. They never go away. She's a little princess who confuses being unhappy and having a terrible marriage with abuse. Poor thing.

From the Guardian article: "'It's sad that what 5,000 women, non-binaries and transgender experienced as a life-changing festival, made a few cis-men lose it completely. "

/r/MensRights24/10/18 10:40 PM

Sorry but your comment is misguided. Judges and lawyers only enact legislation, they don’t make it. The child support laws as they stand are run by the Federal Gov and they are the ones that give the states matching funds for every dollar collected. .60 of every dollar. States are highly motivated to collect.

Having someone wish them "good luck" before a race is complimentary and a kind sentiment, therefore anyone wishing them luck does not mean they are disregarding their skill and practice and just hoping they win in spite of all their training. In the US I believe for every dollar collected in support, the fed does a reciprocal grant to the tune of .60 cents per dollar to allow the State to use it for whatever the hell they want. Of course the judge is going to award itself (cough cough) I mean the mother more money. This guy should refocus on visitation and screw working overtime. It's an unwinnable game unless you are smart about it.
/r/MensRights05/07/18 05:13 PM

Good for him for doing this. If anything it will ease his conscious. Fact of the matter is, the only way he is going to matter is if he ponies up big bucks for support AND gets decent visitation and is consistent in his visits. Custodial parents often abuse by innuendo and rumor if not directly. This sort of mind-screw can damage even the most stellar of non-custodials for decades.

It's nothing of the sort. No offense, not trying to be dickish but as stated below he made the mistake of doing this weeks (if not months) before finalization on disputed assets. He should have disclosed this information. Building a business takes work, luck, sweat, tears, and she was with him for 35 years and he created a lotto ticket that purposefully made it so she couldn't reap the rewards.

If this was a paltry 6 years of marriage during a career development time, I can see this being a load of bs. But the fact that they were together for 35 years I think she has a legitimate claim. Please don't internalize how you would survive on less money, this is not relative to your station in life. Its their mini-eco system where big bucks are the norm, and they don't have to be charitable and humble, it's business.
/r/MensRights05/04/17 05:54 PM

The presumption is that she helped him throughout his career, and by so doing, has a legitimate claim to his money by playing that role. Remember the woman who tried to hide her lotto winnings before she divorced her husband? Yeah the judge sided on the husband's side and she lost most of it if I recall correctly. Really this is the same with the twist that she actually helped him earn it.

Your local DSHS specifically Office of Child Support Payments is a CASH COW for your State Government. (title IV fund from the Fed, in other words, the Fed matches payments, so if you ex gets $50 so does the state) They'll continue to pull this sort of shit until men organize and demand that biases in the Family Law Court be examined for the alienating, denegrating mass of horse shit that they are.

The sanitation argument is ridiculous. Think about the yellow goo that continually comes out of a female vagina. "Self-cleaning organ" is what it is called by many. But if men have anything but pee and semen come out of their penis its unclean? WTF? What everyone is forgetting is that its really not an issue of men vs women's rights, its an issue of State rights to collect money. The State gets funds from the Fed for going after fathers, regardless. Until you can take that out of the equation we are going to continue to hear stories about fathers who didn't know, etc etc.
/r/MensRights26/08/15 12:14 AM

Family law courts don't work that way. You're guilty until proven innocent, end of story. The reason is because they want to protect the children first and screw your rights until you've proven otherwise.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZ-w_IKGRFM Relevant, kinda. Actually the thing is, when you enter into an adversarial situation, which is what divorce is...you go from being a normal person to being in a battle. The person who slings the most mud usually wins by default. Reason being, its terribly difficult to keep refuting false allegations, however its super important to keep going if you find yourself in this situation. Lawyers have no souls IMO.

Not legal either. Its a usury court. Money raised by these courts gets matched by Federal money. The State's Prosecuting Attorney raises $1000 for the non-custodial parent? The Fed gives the Shtate $1000 matching funds. Its meter maids on steroids. It separates parents from children. Its a crime against humanity.
/r/MensRights26/11/14 11:40 AM

What a stupid statement. Say what you will about success, it has nothing to do with modifying a perfectly healthy body of a baby. Its archaic, based on ridiculous Judaic laws and a testament to the biases of a vain culture. If your child wants to be modified, give them that right and let them decide when they are 18...
