brofist OP search "tyler durden truth about alcohol and picking up girls" on youtube. watch 3 or 4 times. Alcohol and drugs are false confidence. You will never have strong game if you rely on substances.

Don't refer to yourself as an AFC. Place value in yourself. AFCs are too average and lacking in awareness to understand that they are AFCs.

I have been clinically diagnosed with 'Asperger's' when I was 16, I'm 22 now and have assimilated socially just fine. After I became aware of all the socially awkward behaviors I developed, they disappeared. I honestly think it's fake.

I'm on keto right now. Coffee is fine from a health standpoint. I have zero problems with appetite with or without, and it's helped me lose weight faster than with tea.
