Where are you getting that from though? Because I haven't seen any evidence to suggest that's true. Most of the people I know from my high school days got married and had children fairly early on, by their mid 20's usually. Also, multiple studies have shown that the average person has a partner count in the mid single digit range. The manosphere belief that women are getting plowed by dozens or hundreds of Chads doesn't seem to be rooted in anything factual.

Easy answer actually…. Women like physical entertainment/ lifestyle as attractions, excitement, looks, alpha, security, hobbies, among other things… But most guys don't have any of that stuff though and yet they still manage to get girlfriends/wives and have children. I think TRP just doesn't apply to the majority of women. It applies to some women because there are women who sleep around with hot guys throughout their 20s and then marry a provider later on, but that isn't what most women do.

Marriage isn't irrelevant. As I said, I don't know or care what the law says about the issue. Morally speaking it would only be rape if the prison guard coerced the inmate into sex when he didn't want to have it. If he willingly and happily had sex with the guard then morally there was no rape. The power dynamic only matters if the guard pressures the inmate into having sex with her and threatens or implies that he'll be punished if he doesn't. It's fine for the guy to pay but at the same time you should meet up with the girl beforehand and make sure the two of you at least have some chemistry first.
