I think that she will try to make the case that since they lived together for about 7 years and had sexually consumated it that what they had was a "common-law marriage" which is recognized as a full legal marriage in some places. 5	Am I the only woman on reddit who gets exasperated by /r/mensrights? The big difference between you getting oppressed and us getting oppressed is that everyone knows you get oppressed. You get public service announcements, huge non-profit organizations, and the sympathy of public opinion all working to help. When men are oppressed, they are told to quit being pussies or to grow a pair. 3	Thinking about being an anonymous sperm donor? Justice Miriam Gropper: "Trial to identify sperm donor can proceed". I don't know if you guys read the whole article, but at the bottom it mentioned that at present donors can choose to be revealed. Which implies that they can choose not to be. The controversy lies in the old policy of not having that option and just assuming anonymity. Also, they do talk at length about egg donors as well and gamete donations in general which makes this an issue that affects both sexes equally, thus taking it out of the realm of MensRights.	/r/MensRights	16/10/10 10:50 PM
1	The pain of a false rape claim 'is not a pain I would necessarily have spared' innocent men Actually, guys, those quotes are deliberately from extremists. The author quotes from both extremes and over all tends to do a fairly good job of staying neutral. Yes, there are women who feel this way and not one of them would listen to a single word any of you say. 1	I was raped by a female who knew I was compromised. What hope is there for me for justice? Should I even try? It horrifies me that you have to explain to us that she is unattractive. If a beautiful woman has sex with a man against his will it is just as much rape as it would be with a cow. Regardless of what your body does, as long as your conscious mind is not willing, rape is rape. 36	I thought he raped me. So I killed him with my car. But the guy I killed wasn't the guy who raped me. The fact that you need to utter that last phrase, "Give her the same sentence a man would get," shows that equality, no matter how hard the feminists and MRA work, is still a long way away. 2	What is Abuse? - Good article...one problem...the abuser is always a "he". I guess women do not abuse their significant other. In fact, I think that the PC/feminist culture should take issue with this article for this very reason, rather than MR.
