3	She’s after the Money! But there’s none !! Anyone know this answer? 4 years ago she used JG Wentworth to get an early check from an accident she was in 20 years ago because SHE wanted her dream home. So she took the money out early and we put 200k down on our home…. 4 years later we are splitting up. Is she entitled to 100% of the 200k plus the natural gained value? Does it matter if I predominantly pay for most of our stuff day to day? I’m just curious if I have a case of 50/50 or if she for sure gets all that 200k back	/r/Divorce_Men	18/03/24 03:09 AM
