1	Is this too slow of a pace when dating in the early stages? I get that, but If she was truly interested in him, she would make more of an effort to ensure that they see each other and escalate beyond what seems to be a platonic relationship. He shouldn’t waste his time pursuing someone who isn’t reciprocating sufficiently. Instead, he should continue to date other women, and perhaps he’ll find someone else who he is into, and is also interested in him. If she ends up coming around, then he hasn’t lost anything. 3	How to hit on a customer? The other issue is that if she always goes to this library and your advance isn’t welcome, then it may be awkward every time you see her there in the future.
