2	Confidence = knowing that whatever happens, it will be alright Happy 30th! Everything in your post rings true. I believe low confidence is a result of you not taking in your full potential and stunting your own personal development. Once you get a little taste of what you’re capable of through self development in all aspects of your life you will genuinely grow confidence from within.
