Yep. And using sex to sell things to dumb, horny men is different... Oh wait, not really. Sure, maybe lots of women are "childish" but I really doubt it's a significantly different percentage of males who are also immature and easily manipulated. I think the problem is more with "average citizens" of both genders, not men and women who think about why they feel the way they do (srsly, shitty phone scams and phishing wouldn't be a thing if everyone was too smart for that).
