The only way you can become alpha is if you do it for yourself. Otherwise you're just someone else's bitch. And it will show. Girls don't know what they want and quite often end up with morons, but that is only relevant to your mission if you need anger inspiration to get your ass in the gym. Its always better to get the hottest girls no matter what the "hyena" type dudes say. It's male hamstering As for the classifications it sounds like the author just thought up 5 or 6 animals and found ways …

So this is where I've been going wrong.. It always seemed like something was missing. That and a stone oven.

All I'm saying is that it's totally possible to spin plates and have a fair amount of sex with decent women without sacrificing your career. I never said to get a girlfriend. I agree that money is great, but I think we're just on different paths. I'm broke, but at 22 I've travelled all over Europe, got my skydiving license, and invested my time in a number of other hobbies that I wouldn't give up for any amount of money. Granted, some of them aren't cheap but I view it as investing in myself. I …

False dichotomy man. It seems like a lot of guys have this idea that you either MGTOW and grind it out while having no sex life, or you party, socialize, and get laid. It really isn't that difficult to go out once a weekend and find some plates while still working hard. As others have said, don't use work as an excuse not to practice game. You never know, a 5 minute conversation from a day approach could turn into a plate. Also, making money your primary goal in life seems like a bad idea to me.…

What's your beef with the kid? Sounds like he had a shit childhood and is successfully avoiding getting screwed over like his father.

The jury isn't out on that one yet. There are a lot of different views on this sub about how much agency women really have. The opinion I've come to agree with most is that women are indeed capable of thinking for themselves, but few choose to do so. Part of the blame rests on them and part of it rests on society for not creating boundaries for them.

Birth rates vary for all kinds of reasons. One of the reasons for the decline is that advances in medicine are resulting in fewer children dying at a young age. Economics and culture are perhaps contributing to less children per female but the fundamental desire to have a child is still present.

Great point. I'm a software guy and the only times I've seen it spark interest is when I bring up stories about hacking people/things. Ultimately, software has the potential to be extremely powerful (i.e. cyberwarfare, or other nefarious applications like high frequency trading algorithms), but your average software guy is making pretty good money legally and the risk isn't worth it. As far as girls are concerned you're better off being a drug dealer. The solution is to not talk about your profe…

The beauty of RP is that we don't have to prove anything to anyone. We don't parade around on other subs trying to convince betas of anything, because we know they won't listen. I applaud Patrice O'neal in his efforts, but most of us aren't black comedians and can't make a living preaching this shit. Anyways, it's really none of your business what anyone does with their RP knowledge and no one gives a shit if he said it was science or not.

No one is saying this stuff is akin to a hard science like chemistry. Even if they did, it's not that big of a deal. This sub isn't trying to prove it's merits to outsiders anyways and anyone who can't sift through a bit of crap or pseudoscience on their own doesn't belong here.

Some people are capable of partying while maintaining grades and a professional life. Being social in college can benefit you immensely. Reading books on a Saturday night will turn you into a loner with no social skills, or friends. Some of the smartest guys I know graduated with 4.0s in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and drank 2 or 3 nights a week. It's not all black and white.

I'm in a fraternity. A lot of guys in our chapter pay their own way through college as well as for fraternity dues. It's called getting a job. The kids with rich dads are great since they usually buy real estate in the area and rent it out to guys cheaper. They also hook it up with jobs after graduation. Sure they have their problems, but they're certainly the most, and perhaps only, RP groups on campus.

Exactly. The climate is changing but it's not there yet. Meanwhile I'm not going to have my career ruined or worse by trying to make a statement. I think guys have every right to get mad about the situation, but I personally don't see what I'll gain by moping about it all day.

You need to learn what high value really is. It goes beyond looks, money, or game. It has more to do with confidence and inner game. Those 'high value' blue pill guys can't actually be high value because, by definition, they put women on a pedestal and don't value themselves enough. Drug addicts are also not high value, for obvious reasons, but I can see how they might get laid more than a blue pill nice guy. That said, getting laid != high value. Perceived, maybe, but that charade can't last fo…

Nowhere does OP make any political statements. Just a compare/contrast of two powerful men in a certain situation. It's not like Obama needs you to defend him.

I saw this when it was posted a few days ago and I have to say the edits are more sad than the original post. I was hoping he was just in shock and that the rage and venting would come forth at some point. Sounds like he's settled for his beta lifestyle. if anyone could use TRP it's this dude.

Best thing to do is order separate if at all possible (especially if you're going on lots of dates). Ask the server/bartender to run it separately from the beginning: "Split the check please". If it's at a walk-up diner just let her go first and hang back so it's obvious the order will be separate. If she freaks out just tell her you thought you were going on the date as friends (with a smirk of course). Most girls you want to date or see again are not going to expect you to pay for everything r…

I feel like there's a different dynamic when girls are involved. Most girls like to small talk to some degree and if you're an attractive guy she'll probably see it as a pleasant interaction. I've had to train myself a bit to not become annoyed when random people that come up and talk to me, whether it's a beta, an over-confident/desperate chick, or a bum on the street. I realized that I had to stop letting that put me in an agitated mood and just roll with it. You never know when that person co…

Great post. My best friend does this with his gf who, objectively speaking, is out of his league. I'm good friends with her too and she always says she was never interested in him until he started being an asshole to her. I've also noticed that if someone doesn't poke fun at her once in a while she gets unruly. My buddy seems to do this stuff naturally but for guys like me it's a lot of work. I also find that when I do it I tend to go overboard on one end or the other. Anyone have tips on how to…

It takes some level of commitment to try a lower dose and go out partying on it a few times. But it's totally worth it imo. If you get the dose right you'll have some nice visuals, a nice euphoria, energy for the night, and hardly any come down. Chatting with people (especially girls) becomes more fun and exciting. Once you realize that no one has any idea you're on them, all the paranoia goes away and you just have fun. It's best if you keep it to yourself anyways since so many people have so m…

Great read. Very provocative. Looking back, having good male mentors and teachers when I was young definitely helped shape me into a better man. Regarding your second paragraph, I agree that young men should be learning about all the great people and things you listed, but you can enjoy sports at the same time. I'm not a big sports fan and can only name a small list of players off the top of my head, but I know many well read guys that are big on that stuff. Also, appeasing the masses has been a…
