I am speechless , genuinely how is she playing the victim card here, and the fact that this is a published article. We are living in some messed up times if there are people like this out there.

Honestly I've come across some reddit admins that are so power hungry and ego centric. I swear it's like some communities all have the same admins or they have a hive mind mentality

that would be the logical answer but think about how many men would be charged because they didn't get verbal consent, sometimes in the heat of the moment both parties just naturally know they want to have sex with implied consent. I know it looks like I'm knocking your answer down or something but I am not,we have already seen that the legal system is crap for men, making it consent based will just mean men who didn't even rape anyone will be getting charged.

this is interesting, what I want to know is which law do you think would be fair for all parties?

it's not only uk,there are other examples of this where a person was raped but because the law has not been updated or evolved with time ,it wasn't counted as rape but sexual assault. though it really is amazing that the law hasn't been changed to represent equality for men as well.

it's sad to see that the left is going to the extreme left and as a result so has the right. there should be a party with centre or soft left or right politics

it's comment like this one Warren made and other liberals make about men that make me favour conservatives.

the clean break rule is to encourage woman to be independents, strong and not live dependant on their ex husbands

it's amazing that the U.S is not cutting down alimony and stuff with more woman joining the work force... I thought that divorce courts would favour the clean break system even more so in the U.S with feminism being so big there.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
