Maybe that means spending your money on things that help other people in some way. Motherhood should also be payed and by the male partner, but fatherhood is not as phisically demanding imo to be required retribution. Its not common to have both, both men and women need to learn to differentiate those 2 needs, and decide what they value most each time.
