First of all, what a wonderful and constructive response. Thank you! I do understand what Clinton seems to be implying with this statement. It is very hard to find many candidates for the presidency who are worse than her. I do, however, see the importance of taking the statement for what it is aswell as the implication, but not just the implication by itself as it makes us look like we are conspiracists. Sorry if my spelling is bad.

And how funny it will be when your daughter comes home with a masters degree of gender studies.

I don't see what's wrong with this statement. If someone is a rape victim, he or she must be believed. On the other hand, an alledged rape victim should not be treated different to alledged victims of any other crime.

Men show their emotions all the time. Just not in the way feminists want them to. It´s all getting rather obnoxious.

Allright, fine. I did not know it was a big deal. It seemed as it had been taken out of proportion. My bad. However, I do think the word "hate" is over used to the point where it has lost it's meaning. I have a hard time taking someone seriously when they shout misogyny over the smallest of things. The same goes for "almost everything, if not everything, feminists say is hateful.". I might be wrong, but I fear that dogma is finding a place within the men's rights movement. I don't want that.

No, I am saying that feminists can take a single comment that is hateful and use it in their propaganda to (in their minds) expose the mrm as a misogynistic group. And it seems to work quite well for them. I don't think it is a good thing if we do the same thing.

This "bathing in male tears" was a very ignorant thing to do. I am not sure if Jessica Valenti realize that. However, using it as propaganda shows that we act just like the very dogmatic feminists we laugh at. As soon as someone in the mrm sais something stupid about women, certain feminists use that in their propaganda to "expose" the whole mrm as misogynistic. (Which is irrational) I understand the frustration, but let us not stoop to their level of dishonesty.

I cannot tell you how to feel or direct your emotions. But for me, all this is about getting angry to the poing where I learn and speak out against sexist double standards. Don't let anything drag you down. You are a human being and you must leave some things out of your head. We live in an insane world and if you take it on to the fullest you become insane. This depression is not worth you.

You being falsely called a misogynist is not your problem. Neither is looking out for yourself. In fact, it is a pretty good indicator that you are talking to an idiot who has nothing of value to say.

Disgusting video, disgusting comments. One of them said when asked "is this video have some meaning or sense ??"(?!), "hmm in parallel universe women abusing men.." which is just jaw dropping to me. How ignorant can someone be?

I saw a lot of very good comments where this ad is shown that clearly state how disgusting the ad is. In fact, I only found one that didn't hate the ad.

After I saw this video a while ago I wrote an e-mail to this show and to Natalie Barr. I wrote something like "This man does not diserve to be beaten, just as you don't diserve your job, Natalie". She actually sent a response with an apology. I think she diserve a little bit of credit for that.

I would be very angry with the complete lack of respect these people have towards me as a human being. Pissing in their trash cans suddenly doesn't sound like such a bad idea. Maybe it is more rational to take this up with your boss, but the trash can thing would be epic.

Feminism, a political movement that is about to be immune to any critique because lawmakers in the european union thought that was a great idea. A movement that has done nothing at all to help men. A movement so individually defined it is almost not a movement at all. The is no way at all I would ever label myself as a feminist. Egalitarianism should be a movement and if it would be, I would join in a heart beat.

He has absolutely nothing to be ashamed of as he hasn't done anything wrong. I would tell him: "I am here for you, now and whenever you feel ready to talk. But for now, I really think you should go to the police. Don't let this change you". I hope everything goes well for you both.

Women holding doors for me is quite usual actually. I have never been on a date where the woman has offered to pay. Ever. Once a woman let me go before her in a line to buy milk when she had alot more groceries. (Men do this very often.) My coat has never been taken of or put on by a woman.

This is it. I am so fed up fighting for the rights of women to be able to abort since this is thrown at my gender in return. It is now obvious to me. Nobody gives a shit when it comes to men's reproductive rights. Probably least the ones who already have that right. "We should just keep it in our pants or go get neutered". I will never again lift a finger for the reproductive rights of a woman. For all I care, they can remove their reproductive organs or keep it in their pants.
/r/MensRights12/10/13 04:05 PM

Condoms are not 100% safe. That doesn't mean people should stop using them, but I believe it is clear that it is not enough. Soon, we´ll have a pill for men and perhaps even more possibilities besides neutering. But is this enough? I don't think it is. If an accident happes, women has the right to chose whether they abort or keep the child. Men don't have the same right and biologically we shouldn't. But, we should have something similar. Like financial abort and the right to not be in the child…

"Imagine if men were on our level and working as hard. We'd have such a more balanced and understanding society, and people would feel so much more respected." ... Imagine if women actually earned the pay they demand and would take responsibility for their own choices. We would have such a less bullshitty debate about the gender pay gap.

Very embarrassing on their part. If EU takes it upon themselves to ban critique of any political movement, it is corruption and miss use of power. I wish EU never got to exist in the first place. Just a bunch of adult brats with their own agenda. Pathetic.

OP' s Question 1: You say that there is male privilige, why would the government privilige women in terms of hiring and promotion? My shitty liberal answer 1: First of all, what liberals are in the government in the US? The democrats and Obama are certainly not liberals. Obama is a piece of shit who only cares about himself and how much money he can squeeze out of his presidency. Second of all, male privilige exist. But it is not even close to female privilige in western society. OP's question 2…

The discussion is about reproductive rights. Therefore my comment was also about reproductive rights. We, as a gender are supposed to be equal, yet women has total power in the matter just because they are women. Not because of their job. How about you stop making personal attacks and explain whatever it is I did wrong?

Every time I ask a feminist about what patriarchy is, they say it is that men has power over women. But in today's society women may decide whether the father of her child is a father or not. She has exclusive sexual freedom and may decide if she wants a child or not whether he agrees or don't. I would argue that we are closer to living in a matriarchy than a patriarchy. Not: I only have anecdotal proof.
/r/MensRights11/09/13 09:56 AM

Fine I removed it. Why would you get banned? I was trying to make a point of how rediculous it is to have total power of a decision that could possibly ruin the life of someone else who has no choice what so ever, considering sexual freedom of both sexes exist. Also, this reply of yours probably brought less to the conversation than the "joke" I posted.

"I don't want anybody to think that they can do this. That there isn't any right that he had any choice in this in this matter. There was no choice to be left up to him, this was my choice and he took that away from me". "Everybody has the rights to their own opinions, but they need to respect the rights of others." Now, she sounded like a nice person. But after hearing this I cannot feel anything but anger at the hypocrisy. And this is an extremely important issue for men in the western world. …

I don´t know if this is correct, but I´ve noticed in comedy shows on TV or shows in general. Sex ix something women gives to men. Like it is a favour women give men if they´ve been good.

Just going to throw it out there: Are women more likely to be selfish, greedy and hateful, than men are? I do not know if there are any studies supporting this question, but from all the fucked up things that come out from feminism I am starting to assume this is the case. Sadly. A while ago one of the major questions on the mind of many (especially in my home country, Sweden) was if men are needed at all. Many women argued that the world would be a better place without men and many men started …

I think this is a very serious problem. There aren't enough male role models in school so kids grow up feeling like they are forbidden to be themselves. Sadly, I do not see a solution coming any time soon. There is just too much suspicion regarding men working with children because of the propaganda spreading lies and hate about men.

What bothers me is that they have and did have 4 years ago, (all videos are from 2009) double standards regarding male and female victimhood. TYT is one of the biggest YouTube news channels and what opinions they had four years ago is imho still very relevant. Their reaction to these stories which should be appauling to any living person with a fragment of morality in them, living 4 years ago or now, should have been very different. They sure have gotten better at reporting the very few stories …

I think we should be happy that for once an indoctrinated victim-status feminist newschannel finally has spoken some truth. Don´t be angry because it didn´t happen sooner, but be happy that it happened. This shows that we have alot of suppport from people who actually speak up to the point where changes are finally made. I have to agree with OP. The most important thing is a good outcome and if the rights for men we speak for have a possibility to be adressed in such a way, it should atleast be considered. Ofcourse, if one party want to ignore evidence and fact based arguments, just because it does not align with the opinions of that party, things could prove to be unsuccessful.

Sorry about the long title. Was extatic when I noticed this snippet from a news channel that are mostly biased on subjects like sexism and "equality". TYT has been given alot of critique for their bigotry and finally it seems to have payed off to the point where they actually base their stories on facts and not personal opinions.

Having women dying for men for once? Actually sounds kind of nice. Men could then take the time, when the women are away fighting wars, to rally up and make sure society treats women like evil, disposable, usless and voilent. Ofcourse that wouldn´t happen because men act like adults and take responsibility, very much unlike feminists. It is a fun thought however. =)

If you think your woman is cheating on you. Act like a responsible adult and... Ask her if she is. If the answer was "no": Go find out. If the answer was "yes" or if you found out if was true: Break up Go bowling with your mates. Profit.
