| 7 | Black Knighting 5I completely agree being a CCW permit holder myself, but who knows what she'd attempt to rationalize. It may be murder in the sense that it really wasn't provoked but at least in Ohio if she can claim: She was in fear of her life She didn't provoke the confrontation She didn't have the duty to retreat Then technically the law would be on her side.
