I am eating at about 500 calories above maintenance. I don't know if that is too much or not, but my body fat starting a few weeks ago was 7%.

Thanks man, I'll check it out, though at this point I'm so fucking tired of being skinny that I don't think I would mind the extra fat and then having to cut.

He didn't really gain 20 pounds. Even if the scale says that. First 5-10 pounds on a bulk/cut is just water retention/loss. I figure a good amount of it is water weight from the creatine, but I'm still fucking stoked to be heavier than ever.

6'-0", 135 lbs here. I have told people for the last 10 years that I eat plenty (I do) but I could never gain weight. I started lifting and eating big (tracking calories and whatnot) 3 weeks ago. I'm up 10 pounds in 20 days and I've never weighed more in my life than I do now. I am 6'0 male and I weigh 115lbs. I get skinny - shamed all the fucking time. The weirdest thing about Stefan I've noticed over the years is, despite his name being in like 3 places on any given video page, people still cannot fucking spell his name correctly. OP spelled it wrong twice and in two different ways. i have no clue what accounts for this.
