You are hamstering a way to not do anything. The ultra obsessive aproach gives you an edge but you could have a much better body with simple 5x5 strengh training and eating a healthy diet with a little caloric surplus. And most importantly CONSISTENCY. Olso a routine is not a bad thing.

Boxing is good for mental fortitude and getting lean. Lifting is excelent for gaining muscle.I would suggest to focus on lifting for now. You could do both but would be exausting if you really put effort. After you get a better stronger body boxing will be a very nice tool to stay fit ,vent frustration, keep yourself in a routine.

One thing is red pill and other thing is decent human being. But keep in mind you should be both and aren't mutually exclusive

Meal prep for multiple days, drink lots of water, try intermittent fasting. If you are not tempted by going to fast-food go for a walk or some outdoors activity when you eat outnof boredom.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
