So you basically got used as an involuntary wingman?

Women cope fine with being single because usually for them "single" doesn't mean completely alone.

So would you say men are more explorative and women are more exploitative (not in the bad sense of the word)? Like women see a goal, they go for it in a focused way. Men see a goal and they often can’t commit to it. “Wait, is this a waste of time? Everyone else is doing this, there’s probably too much competition. Let me look for some hidden gem.”You need a balance of both of course.

Most average young men will happily take getting laid or a relationship, whichever is on offer

Is it possible that it's more about how you feel inside vs. how other people perceive you? Like if I were a woman, why should I care if you're a little nervous, if a woman was a little nervous we would find that endearing and relatable. So maybe if you were sober you would actually do fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/25 07:59 PM

I love how these first date threads somehow always end up being about moving in together and splitting chores.

Isn't every woman getting constantly harassed by creepy dudes on a daily basis? That's what other people on the internet have told me.

I don't support complete socialism, but we should raise the Sexual Gains Tax, close loopholes, and stop subsidizing big oil, big pharma, and big cock.

Why should a woman care if her man has rizz or not?

I think it should be neutral, in the same way if someone appears nervous in a job interview it shouldn't disqualify them (unless maybe it's actually for a sales job.) But no, I wouldn't advocate only accepting people who are nervous. I just think too much emphasis is put on performative confidence, when it's a poor indicator of quality at best.

The same way they did for centuries before social media made us realize so many of us are actually "chopped"

Right, if a man comes across as a salesman with a smooth pitch, that means he's probably done this a hundred times before. So when women select for "confidence" that's what they're typically getting.

I feel like the peak sweet spot was somewhere 1995-2015. The past 10 years I see more of a wedge being driven between men and women. Both view the other with more fear and suspicion.

Also you can just add women calling men ugly/unattractive to your FYP This is true, "chopped man epidemic" is all over my FYP

I think these might be largely different groups of women doing this.

The real irony is that the OKCupid survey says the exact opposite of what red pillers claim. What do you mean by opposite? That most men are swiping on a few top women?

And the rest of the women who aren't at the bars are at home watching Netflix alone on a Friday night with a beauty mask on trying to prevent wrinkles so she can attract a man when she's someday ready to date and not too fucking tired from her job.

I actually believe that governments in most developed countries will pass laws heavily regulating if not outright banning sex bots. The reason they'll claim is "Sex Bots Lead to Objectification, Violence Against Women, Science Says" but the real reason will be that it'll damage our economy. Bars, clubs, restaurants, men's clothing stores, luxury car dealerships, and many other businesses would suffer incredible losses.

In most western cultures, male sexuality is labeled as evil, predatory, repulsive, abusive, etc. Only heterosexual male sexuality. Homosexual male sexuality is acceptable.

Yes but there are also fewer "high value men" so unless a woman explicitly wants to be in a haram and feed grapes to some Saudi prince, she's not going to get one of these top men.

I think it's because any halfway attractive women can post a pic on Instagram and instantly get dozens of comments about how beautiful she is.

I mean, I agree with you. But then again we live in a culture where men raping other men in prison isn't considered gay because "Hey what are you gonna do, there are no women around."

Wait until there are sex robots, they'll change their tune. I think there's going to be a huge push to outlaw them.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/23 02:34 AM

Sometimes you can get a really good deal on a secondhand wife though.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/23 10:41 AM

Exactly, which is why escorts are illegal (and why sex robots will be banned when they get good enough)

That's a really good point. Most average women probably have at least one super hot guy as a one night stand in their past. It has to change your perspective. Imagine if average men could experience a super hot woman at least once in their lives. I mean they could if they paid for it, but that's been made illegal.

Women are instead extremely receptive to higher-status men who don't want them Well they do want them, but just for sex, and some of the women oblige. That's how some higher-status men are able to rack up triple digit partner counts.

It's kind of infuriating to see comments on porn videos that say "tiny cock, how can she feel anything?" when they guy in the video is like 6.5 inches.
/r/MGTOW16/12/16 01:01 PM

Yeah. It's beneficial for the world, as much as I hate to admit. It keeps people heterosexual men and homosexual women endlessly striving for a bit of that magical female affection.

Maybe if she didn't look like she has clown makeup on. But that could be the little boy in me talking.

Good point. Of course if the media did a report on this they'd use the clip where Edward Norton says "I can't get married, I'm a 30 year old boy" and then the reporter's voiceover would punch in.
