There’s no good answer. You can’t give someone else control of her body. It would really suck if the man really wanted a child, but the fetus doesn’t gestate in the man. This is just one that sucks and will never have a satisfactory answer.

The purpose of not putting the prostitutes in jail is so they can go to the police if something bad happens to them, or if they're living in sexual slavery. In many places now if a prostitute goes to the police for getting beaten up she's simply jailed for being a prostitute.

and even worse than her own shit parenting a random MALE, who will judge her an unfit FEMALE, found and returned the kid. If it was another woman, she would most likely try to nervously laugh it off with the other woman who would probably tell her it's okay, and comfort her that she's not a terrible person. Male/ Female dynamics can be scary. It's worse to be judged harshly by the opposite sex for either sex.

only anecdotally, in various military and IT organizations where I've worked if an organization succeeds and a woman is in charge people talk about what good people she has, if a man is in charge they talk about what a good manager he is. this is in the 'enlightened' North East not the deep south, most of those place i've worked in the south are much worse, as in female bosses or techs are routinely disrespected and disregarded, unless they prove their worth over a long time frame.

maybe separate "other expenses". If a child was going to private school, make the primary earner pay the school, not the other parent, etc.. But, some states have guidelines for child support based on joint parental income, so one party doesn't' just get totally screwed.
