| 2 | Gaylubeoil's Guide to Avoiding Snap City and Making GainsYes. That makes total sense. There are flies in the Monday part. The reason they are not in the actual chest part is that I wanted to do chest exercises 2 times per week. And putting the flies to another day seemed like an ok idea. Personally I feel like my back is the weakest part. Perhaps take away some abs work and add some back work? Not sure how though. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/01/16 03:52 PM |

| 1 | Intermediate Lifting Discussion Q&AThe way I understand this, is that you should work out later at the day. Like 4-6pm. Before gym you will be high fat and protein. And no carbs. And after the workout you will eat all the carbs for that day. Carbs on backloading days range from 1 - 2g per lb of your bodyweight so for a 200lb man that would be 200g-400g carbs per back load. This is another source. Less technical and goes into the details from the book by Kiefer. http://www.cutandjacked.com/Guide-Carb-Back-Loading | /r/TheRedPill | 12/06/15 06:47 AM |

| 3 | Intermediate Lifting Discussion Q&ABCAA is only useful when you train in a fasted state. If not you get the same benefit from few g of protein. By ingesting BCAA pre-workout, we can sidestep the increased protein breakdown of fasted training while still reaping the benefits of the increased anabolic response as seen in this study. http://m.ajpendo.physiology.org/content/287/1/E1.full | /r/TheRedPill | 11/06/15 07:52 AM |

| 1 | Eating 101: Fork use for DummiesNice post. Wanted to comment on 1 point You made. Eat often (smaller more frequent meals stabilize insulin levels). This is unfortunately BS. You can find more information here: http://www.leangains.com/2011/01/better-blood-glucose-with-lower-meal.html Ironically, eating six meals a day is pretty much the norm among the fitness crowd - partly due to the belief that it will help be beneficial for blood sugar control...when it does the exact opposite. | /r/TheRedPill | 07/05/15 12:51 PM |
