You definitely don't have to pay child support for children that are not yours just bc they see you as a "father figure" Children are the responsibility of their parents. If someone you're dating receives child-support for the kids they have with their ex and you decide to get married, it won't affect their ex's child support order. Is it possible you're just perceiving it this way bc you feel like a relationship consists of a masculine and feminine roles?
