This is either satire or you’re so far in the closet you haven’t realized you’re inside a closet

Your self esteem is shot to shit, read the six pillars of self esteem by Nathaniel Brandon. I feel like that should be the first place to start. Then, realize you are not a product of your environment but a product of your fears, do the shit that scares you/makes you anxious, because growth lies outside the walls of comfort edit: fixed wording problem

I can’t gain weight without it as I lack the appetite to eat sufficiently for my bulk. I smoke when I bulk, and stop when I cut. It’s a wonderful tool for me.

Models is also amazing, I suggest reading both as they contain different material The subtle art of not giving a fuck gives you the perspective you need to not give a fuck, and models gives you almost literally the model to get women

The problem is you’re letting EMOTIONS drive your actions instead of logic. Understand your emotions are not always the best course of action, just your bodies subconscious guess at how it thinks to handle the situation based on your past. Put your emotions to the side and stick with LOGIC.

I think you should assess everyone you talk to, but don’t overdue it’s so much where you are not engaged in the conversation

Read the six pillars of self esteem by Nathaniel Brandon. Amazing book, there’s a free audiobook on YouTube. It will help you forge a path in which you can work on yourself instead of aiming blindly.

Definitely oneitis. If a girl really likes you, she’ll make it easy for you.

Make it sexual without expecting sex if that makes any sense Edit: and now that I read your post thoroughly, you don’t get straight to the point about sex. It’s the underlying subtext of a conversation more often than not. Usually a girl wants to feel like sex just naturally happened, trying to logically set it up will usually end in failure. Happy hunting’s ma boi

Nah bro, be bold. If she doesn’t like you that’s okay. You’ll learn that yourself over time. Face the world with your chest out unafraid of rejection. You will find that you thrive better that way. If you treat her like a friend you will get just that back. If you’re open with your intentions while being real and respectful, you’ll get better results.

If you’re having trouble gaining weight this means you absolutely need to start tracking calories and figure out your maintenance calories. A caloric surplus is what will make you gain weight. Aim for high protein with each meal, in combo w the gym you will slowly watch your body transform how you wish. There’s plenty detailed breakdowns on YouTube

Your self esteem seems like it needs a serious checking. It very likely rubs off on people and nobody is attracted to someone with a lower self esteem than their own. Read The six pillars of self esteem by Nathaniel Brandon. Here’s a link to a free audiobook https://youtu.be/mfFUVnwCNVY Also read No more mr nice guy - Robert Glover https://youtu.be/XYEFPar4D6E And Models by Mark Manson (No free link for this one so I’ll add another link of a book I also liked by him - The subtle art of not givin…

I meant approaching in general, as the more consistent you are with it the easier it remains. If you approach once every 3 months it may still be very difficult. If you see her again sure strike up another convo and see what happens. Escalate, and remember, rejection is your friend, not your enemy. Rejection filters out the girls that you don’t want (why would you want someone that doesn’t want you). Also every rejection you get is a step closer to success.

You’re actions are being ruled by fear and anxiety. Move forward with courage and confidence instead, and if you do get turned down because of your accent (unlikely though) look at it as a good thing. Why would you want a woman who doesn’t like your accent anyways? Instead of thinking “I hope she’ll like me” think to yourself “I hope I like her” and weed out the ones you don’t. Success is determined how well you deal with failure

If it’s a big part of feeling good for you, you might be seeking validation through sex. It’s just not that important in the grand scheme of things. It’s really just an endless side quest to life

You’re invested too much in others’ opinion of you. Your success is based on your ability to handle rejection. The better you can understand how to invest in your own opinion of yourself vs that of others, will take the pressure off you mentally. Read the subtle art of not giving a fuck by mark Manson. Then when you’ve internalized that, read models by mark Manson. Two great books with what you need to know in changing you and attracting what you want. I think the audiobooks are free on YouTube

You have to rip the bandaid off bro. Take small steps sure, but you need to soon take bigger steps to continue to overcome your anxiety or you’ll be stuck. You have to show the girl you’re confident for her to like you, even if you’re not. If she senses you’re very shy or beating around the bush, it more often than not will get you nowhere. You’ll get quicker results in beating that social anxiety by saying things that would typically not be the thing you want to say. Just be honest, and tell th…

You speak down on yourself and I’m sure that shows in how you carry yourself. Work on yourself physically ofcorse, but also improve your self esteem. If you are confident in yourself it will show and that is a major part of attraction. I suggest watching this guy https://youtu.be/z0pZ_iUiXzc
