| 4 | Preparing for a Martial Art Competitionto be the most competitive I would drop gym down to 2 days a week (focusing on dead lifts and lots of pull ups you can also practice pull ups with a towel to increase grip strength which is handy for the gi grip), and up BJJ the maximum amount as possible (ideally 4).
