I hear you and I am guilty of trading time with my sons to be with a new lady. I regret that more than anything especially since that relationship is over.

I do the same thing. My sons have helped me a lot. Being alone with my thoughts has not proven to be a good thing. I just contacted a therapist for a different point of view.
