2	Cold approach success story It depends - in general Belgian women are not very receptive to cold approach (the one who got annoyed and told me to go to a bar was Belgian). Some of them seemed so shocked that I was approaching them that they didn't know how to react and even if we had a good rapport they wouldn't give me their number. 10	Cold approach is like body building, if the approach doesn’t scare you, you are not growing. So you approach 10 women, get two dates - it works out with one of the girls and you have a girlfriend. 2	How many cold approaches have you made in your life? Interesting. I'm (31M) and actually in a similar situation to yourself: expat, not a native speaker of local language although I'm pretty fluent in it (French). I only did 10 approaches - got positive responses from nearly everyone (only one negative who told me I should go to bars with friends rather than approach women in street).
