4	I ask 2 girls to leave private property, I end up hand cuffed in the back of a police car. I still think you have to put up a sign that says electric fence. Just to cover your own ass if nothing else. People can sue for just about anything. Having it marked electric fence just makes it that much easier for you to win the case. My talk about amputation was to mirror your statements about cutting off limbs to prevent stuff. But that link says the treatment for more severe cases or paraphimosis is circumcision. How is that nonsense? There are some medical reasons to have it done.
