It doesn't take one person to make a baby, clearly you can't see that so it's not worth continuing

Not that I care to get into a debate about the accessibility in developed countries but the fact is it's irrelevant whether it's available or not. I'm done with this conversation because you clearly either can't or don't want to understand why forcing someone to have an abortion and not accepting your part of the responsibility for bringing a child into the world is a problem.

And if the abortion procedure wasn't around? You'd throw them down the stairs?

Yeah and no one would disagree with that but we're talking about dads shrinking their fiduciary responsibilities here not custody rights

If the child was under the fathers care then the mother should pay just as equally. MRA is about equality not woman hating

Under almost all circumstances not paying for your child results in bad outcomes for a child while most instances of having a drink does not result in a child being born with some syndrome so don't try to equate the 2 in order to justify your point. 'Whataboutism' is never a valid argument to make anyhow.

Yeah one is physical, one is financial. Also having a few drinks while pregnant doesn't give you a baby with a disorder. IMO if someone does drink heavily and it causes negative outcomes for a baby then they should be in trouble just like they are with drugs, in the future you will probably see that be the case. The reason it's not comparable though is that being a scumbag and ripping your kid off for 18 years is a very deliberate choice where alcoholism is considered a mental disease.

Not a reasonable comparison

Correction...you think it is yours. Only after the test can you know. Do you have any idea how many people in your position know the child is theirs when it really isn't? Do you think your SO would actually tell you if she thought it wasn't? Not that i agree it should be forced, but playing devils advocate here, it could unduly upset a relationship if the guy is demanding a paternity test, this might prevent a lot of fights (yes i understand that a relationship should be open and honest, but let…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
