Thanks, frogma. Does he get an additional maximum point added to the range of the HB scale because the OP is a "MODERATOR"? Or is the range slightly modified because this is a field report? I feel as though I've read the majority of the "NEW HERE" content, but I'm failing to locate the reasoning behind my minor discrepancy. No matter what it is, I greatly appreciate your help.
