From my experience using different drugs and alcohol...alcohol is the easiest to quit, you only go through withdrawal for the first week or so. What's difficult is what comes afterwards. The manager didn't explain why and they guy is at the same level than me. My manager talked to his manager and apparently they agreed to let him have priority over the equipment. We both have a temporary 6 months job. Thing is, he is more sociable than me. He is funnier and makes people laugh.
