Oh I meant slim to muscular, mb
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/24 10:58 PM

Since most people are average looking, it takes some effort to look good. Thats the point I was making
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/24 10:56 PM

Idk it depends. Basically the other factors cant be neglected. If you have a good body but face isn’t so good looking, a nice hairstyle can still drastically improve looks. And dressing better also makes you look much better and well proportioned. It’s all important.

=/ yea unfortunately, asian guys are my type. But I’m sure that other women also agree that average guy can be physically attractive with same amount of effort women themselves put into appearance. I’m not sure what your idea of major changes is for a guy. But as for women, they take care of their hair, nails, do makeup, coordinate nice outfits, diet and work out at least occasionally to stay fit. The guys who are popular with women seem to put same amount of effort to look good.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/24 11:51 AM

I mean you cant take one persons behavior and assume its a trend. Unfortunately social media is an outlet for narcissists to become popular and many people watch their content for entertainment, not because they’re good people. And its supcaitlin after all. Shes always been like that and this isn’t the first time. Why watch her content if you find her behavior appalling. She’s just a twitch streamer, and not even same level as Andrew Tate where that mf was showing up everywhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/24 11:10 AM

Nothing is unnatural. Pornography has existed since ancient times in the form of art and books. Btw, women also watch porn and read smutty erotica, fanfic or manga. Not everyone consumes this stuff but many do.

Most guys can look good with nice hairstyle, clothes and decent body (just be slim to muscular). That being said I’m only attracted to my own race.

I agree with you, the insecurity and jealousy is a lot of stress. However I disagree with your view of average. If i find someone attractive enough to date them, they are already above average to me.

Isn’t a club a place where horny guys go to pick up girls, obviously your FWB will get hit on a lot. Girls do notice good looking guys, it’s just more risky for us to make moves.

I don’t think jealousy correlates with infidelity. Players are often highly jealous and possessive.

If only a tiny group of men pull it off, I wouldn’t have been assaulted the number of times I was in my life. It doesn’t make sense for people to be naive about something so serious - this applies to both men and women.

I didn't disagree with you that UMC may be more or just as promiscuous, I said that they are less likely to flaunt it on social media or continuously engage in other LC behaviors without hiding it, because reputation is very important for work. Why would a reputable company, hiring a candidiate for a high earning position choose a woman with onlyfans over another candidate without one? The first woman's resume would go to the bottom of the stack. Plus having money allows you to afford the means …

A very poor woman working at a factory doesn’t have much time to think about appearing feminine. Getting “ran through” is considered low class and trashy behavior. Women from poor backgrounds may not be more promiscuous, but because of their environment, they are more encouraged to flaunt it on social media. They don’t know that it is shunned by upper class (outside of celebrity culture). Perhaps upper middle class women have more disposable income to pamper themselves and appear feminine, but t…

You speak as though you are a high value person. If you perceive yourself as such, then simply move to a high income area. The lifestyles of affluent or upper middle class is not the same as lower class. There is also contradiction in your standards. Submissive vs educated? A more intelligent, or successful woman wouldn’t lower her worth to be treated as inferior or dependent on you, if thats what you mean by submissive. What you’re looking for is an easy going nature, kind, caring personality. …

Both men and women have done hard or dangerous labor for most of history. Especially before modern times when everyone was a peasant and worked on farms. Now it’s different. People have choices. If men are choosing to do the dangerous labor, why are you complaining about it? It is their choice. Idk how you come to the conclusion that women are more useless. Gender doesn’t make a person useless. Women work too and keep society running. Women birth men. Women also do jobs that men don’t want to do…

Personally I love the competitive energy of sports. Yesterday was the super bowl- I enjoyed watching it with my bf even though I barely understand football. The more excited and competitive people are about sports the more fun it is to me. Maybe men like sports better because they are more competitive. However I do think that men and women also just participate in different sports. Men in masculine sports and women in feminine sports. Some physical activities that women often participate in aren…

The first time I learnt of Andrew Tate was when my bf was watching his debate with xQc. I kind of liked him or felt neutral at first, because he was talking about protecting his women and some stuff just made sense, although very biased. My bf though was pretty livid and couldn’t stand listening to Tate. So after seeing my bf’s negative reaction I did some digging and looked at more of his content. It soon became clear that Tate is very obviously arrogant and full of himself. He is super whiny l…

Met online through a mutual friend, we played games together and talked. He confessed his feelings for me shortly after and I rejected him at first because it was unexpected and I only viewed him as a friend. After spending more time together I fell in love with him. Some men are heavily influenced by porn or fiction but not every guy is. Men also date women with red flags or toxic behaviors. Women who date shady men for the thrill are obviously not the majority, and I don’t know why you’d come to think that.

I once had a guy friend where every day he would vent to me about all his emotion issues as well as physical discomforts or sensations even to the most minor things that most people find bothersome to even talk about. He didn't listen to my advice either so in the end it was just very exhausting and I slowly distanced myself. This is definitely an example where a person would need to learn to self-regulate.

Why do you think women are more logical? For example popular personality tests like mbti show that 68% of men prefer thinking over feeling, compared to 38% of women. Thinking is using impersonal logic over feelings in decision making. Truth over tact, logic over feelings. Feeling is decision making based on personal values, moral compass, and social consideration. In my opinion though, completely disregarding feelings for impersonal logic is inhumane and illogical. A wise person would balance be…

Plenty of people from loving homes also grow up to be shitty people. You place too much emphasis on environment compared to the individual’s capability to take control of their own life and be the kind of person they want to be. What you’re describing is not the mindset of a empathetic, healthy, loving individual either lol.

You are viewing it wrong. Being polite towards women is not putting yourself in a subservient position. Like if you were to help an elderly man and hold doors for him, do you think you are beneath him? Do you feel your manhood under attack for helping someone out? Being gentlemanly or chivalrous is just a culture of being polite and helpful towards everyone particularly people that are more "weak" or "needy". On that note, many women do still like it. That sort of politeness is just manly and ho…

I’ve developed crushes on fictional characters and celebrities. So yes, I guess. In real life it’s harder to meet super good looking people that you develop shallow crushes on. I don’t equate feeling attracted to someone to having a crush. Crushes are stronger.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/23 02:08 AM

If it’s a looks based attraction only, it’s a desire to look at him more. Like noticing a handsome guy with a nice body or appearance, you just want to keep looking. If it’s a crush, it feels like having butterflies and being flustered around them. Feeling drawn to their presence and personality and think about them when they aren’t around. Probably also think about them when horny.

Your view on makeup is very ignorant. Makeup is ingrained in culture. It is an art form and fashion. It has existed for thousands of years across many different countries and cultures. For example, Japanese Geishas makeup is very heavy. No one thinks that's how the women naturally look. You are free to criticise and dislike how makeup looks, but to think a person is being dishonest or decietful is just so ignorant. Life is a journey of experiences that continuely shape a person until they die. In 10 years from now, most people aren't the same people at all, and neither will you be the same. Most people change their tone as they get older, wise up, and realize what is most important to them. There's only so much you can learn from the internet and your parents with limited knowledge. Some parents aren't wise about dating at all, and neither are many internet sources.

Youre right, red pilled and black pilled men do seem to lack critical thinking. It is actually the hatred and anger that prevents them from thinking critically. I think sometimes, it is a coping mechanism for how much loneliness hurts or rejection hurts. It shows what kind of person they are when facing adversity. Many of us go through periods of loneliness and bad interactions when trying to date but we don’t devolve into resentful incels or femcels with a vendetta against the other sex. The si…

I would definitely be more interested in a guy who wooed me, but for the right reasons. Not so they can have sex with me, but because they genuinely like me and want to pursue a real relationship that can lead to marriage. Romance isn't completely dead but it seems to no longer be encouraged. Only the romantics are still doin these things: Flowers, hand written cards. I am a romantic so I love them haha

Yes you're right. And younger people can also be predators, even if they are underage. Women are also accused of being predators. Like the French president & his wife who is 25 years older and was his high school teacher when he was 15. Many people on the internet judge their relationship but in the end, she is not a groomer and they are happy with their relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/23 11:35 AM

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. Isn't it less shallow to judge a person based on their finances than looks? None of us can change the face we were born with, but hard work can achieve wealth.

Your expectations aren't as simple as you claim. There's a lot of details that goes into what constitutes cute, loyal, and fun to you. You just aren't being introspective about it, unlike many other people who seem to have a "laundry list of expectations".

I think that if you present yourself like a thot, you can expect to be treated as such. However, everyone's perception of what "thot" is may differ. There is a problem where men perceive women to dress a certain way for male attention, when the reality is they are just dressing to fit in with the current fashion trends, dressing for comfort, or for themselves. For example, back in school some guys would call short shorts "slutty". To me that's an inappropriate usage of "slutty" or "thot" because…

Depends on their age. Teenagers are practically kids in terms of relationship and life experience. Not all teens are aware of predators, a lot of them are deluded into thinking older automatically means more mature.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/23 06:18 AM

Who wouldn’t want someone emotionally intelligent? It makes relationships so much better and smoother in resolving conflict. But sadly our society doesn’t emphasize it, so people that are deficient in it are actually unaware of its existence.

I agree with some of what you’re saying. For men struggling with dating those things might benefit more in terms of getting a woman’s attention. And yes social skills and emotional intelligence are not the same. However don’t you think most men are underestimating the importance of emotional intelligence? EQ is the ability to understand and regulate your emotions as well as understand other people’s emotions. This helps a lot with empathy as well as successful communication in a relationship, an…

I met my bf through a video game so I’d have to disagree with you. Everything in life requires balance. Yes there are addicts, but majority of people have a life outside of it. You can lift, play sport, dance and play video games. Aside from video games there are also other time consuming, sedentary hobbies like reading, art, watching movies, playing an instrument. Those arguably also provide zero benefit. What’s important is that you enjoyed the experiences and felt that the time spent was wort…

If you don't like women punishing men for being open about their feelings then perhaps you should be a feminist. Feminism is against toxic masculinity and shaming men for being "soft". There are a lot of women that don't punish men for being open about "wrong feelings". For example the whole sad boy genre where they openly express sad emotions, which seems to attract a lot of gen z girls these days. The hyperagency/hypoagency model doesn't apply to childrearing. Women that care a lot about appearance (clothes, makeup, hair) will be harsher with judging other women’s appearance. However it’s mostly how a woman grooms herself based on societal expectations. For example a decade ago when I was in high school straight hair and skinny jeans were the fashion trend, if girls didn’t have it they’d be judged in school for it, mostly by other girls. Men are obviously harsher at judging a women’s body and how how attractive she is.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/23 11:59 PM

They choose an uglier guy because they’re insecure, an attractive man would have too many options and be more likely to cheat. Or they just dont care about looks that much. Personality, money, intelligence, everything else is more important.

Yes unattractive men get called creepy. Not every woman would do such a thing, but certainly women (and men) that are rude. Could be a lot of reasons, too many to list. Maybe he's too pushy about sex and this makes her feel pressured and lose libido. Maybe she's stressed or doesn't feel good physically. Or she just doesn't want to have sex. A person should never be pushy or pushing someone to have sex. That's being coercive and borderline rapey. Especially 23 nights in a row? So you think it's more fair if it was socially acceptable to hit women that are being rude to you? The problem is it's usually not an even fight, on top of it being uncivilized. It's acceptable to argue with her though, so you can do just that if you want. Male friends are also rude to each other so perhaps you shouldn't discriminate based on gender for someone being rude. Rude people are just rude.

I find jealousy attractive to a certain extent. It makes me feel protected and wanted. I'm also somewhat insecure and jealous. It's hard not to be after being cheated on so many times. I think it's very similar to what makes a man charming or popular in a group of friends. His presence makes you feel good. Traits like good conversationalist (talking and listening skills), higher EQ, agreeable, easy going.

You are mixing dating and hookups so I'm confused as to what your point is. Most people are selective when it comes to dating, for obvious reasons. If you aren't reflecting deeply about who you want to date and receive criticism for it, the criticism is justified. It means you and her aren't compatible at an intellectual level. She wants to consciously know the reasons for why you appreciate her. If you don't know, then how can she be certain that you really like her, or would be loyal to her.

Sometimes think he’s shy or not someone who approaches that way. But yes if I’m talking to someone and they don’t show interest in me then I think they’re disinterested. Wait what. Of course you direct more of your affection to someone that you like. This isn’t discouraged. Yeah some guys do get told that so it depends on your view. Being genuinely kind to someone with no strings attached puts less pressure on the other person. Because not everyone feels a connection right away. When my bf was “pursuing” me we had just became friends.I wasnt sure about him but he offered to be stay friends even I didn’t reciprocate his feelings. So it was different from another …

Are you talking about the stereotypical Nice Guy™ like in r/niceguys or r/Nicegirls? Their reasoning is wrong because they feel entitled to sex. Normal people don't feel entitled to another person's affections or body. For example I'd do nice things for my crush, compliment him, or talk about his problems, or ask about his day. I do it because I care about him and want him to like me back, not because I think being nice automatically means I get to be his girlfriend. How good-looking a guy has l…

Yes I agree. Some girls are just not very nice and don't realize how their words can really hurt and mess with a guy's self esteem. Like when girls say "eww" or call a guy "creepy" for no reason. This probably happens frequently among immature teenagers.

I think most red pill women are delusional. What they want is traditional values and mistake red pill for that. True red pill women are women that are masochistic and enjoy being devalued and demeaned in a relationship.

I disagree. Men and women both depend on each other for companionship. Unless you're born rich and life is easy, most people have to work hard for a living to get where they want to be. I don't know what you mean by "bottom men". To me the people who are at the most bottom are men and women with disabilities, debilitating health issues, and lack of opportunity to improve their lives.

Even if that's the general statistic, I don't find lack of experience unattractive. Actually I find virgins attractive, because I date for marriage and long term commitment.

I do believe the majority of straight women are still attracted to masculine traits in men and men that adhere to traditional gender roles. However women that are more masculine as in confident and dominant often enjoy being in a relationship with a more "soft" or submissive man. So the notion of opposites attract occurs here. I'd say the more "feminine" you are, the more you seek out "masculine" traits in your partner. For example if you are a man that is terrified of bugs, you're probably more…

Who knows man. There's too many factors at play here you can't sum situations up so simply.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
