The model itself may or may not be bullshit - certainly there are a number of papers rebutting the claims made in the evidence based cited in the linked article, e.g. Countering Confusion which comes from the programme's own website. But regardless of the relative merits of the model itself, the article linked here is objectively and scientifically a bag of wank. Consider the "Trainspotting" scenario, where a man is pressured into continuing a relationship with a girl he discovers is a minor by the threat of going to the police. Yes, it's blackmail, but it's also using a position of power to force someone to put out, hence rape. Or consider a situation where a drug dealer trades drugs to a "rattling" addict for sex.
