September 9 - Falsely Accused DayI believe that would only happen if they succeeded in making the narrative that only men falsely accuse only women. Of course that comment comes from a place of resentment towards the system that seems to favor false accusations against men (at least in my own opinion). | /r/MensRights | 21/07/26 09:35 AM
Governor Gretchen Whitmer on X: "During Men’s Health Month, we must work to reduce stigma and break down barriers that keep our fathers, brothers, sons, and friends from getting the care they deserve. Change starts with honest conversations, education, and listening to the men in our lives." / XThough I may be skeptical of Gov. Whitmer (as I am of all politicians), I will give a slight nod for at least saying something about it. It’s more than many people in power do. And you are also right that there’s more to do than just saying something. Acknowledging that problems exist for men is one step forward to finding solutions. Even if the governor does nothing else, maybe it will reach the eyes/ears of someone else who can help move the cause of addressing issues that men face forward. | /r/MensRights | 10/06/26 08:38 PM
France Just Updated Its Rape Law to Center ConsentI’m worried that may not even be enough anymore with the advances of AI. | /r/MensRights | 15/12/25 02:40 AM
Deleted this earlier, but now I'm asking again: Should I take the risk of writing an article for my school about DV and SA against men?The hard part would be proving that any retaliation is done BECAUSE of the piece. That’s the legal shield to break. Not impossible, but also not easy. | /r/MensRights | 22/11/25 07:59 PM

UK: More than a third of white men fear they're being held back at work because of their race and gender - with 'millions walking on eggshells' in the office 'too scared to speak freely'I don’t blame them for thinking that way, I am afraid to be in any space with a woman alone. I look for all cameras around and try to be in a position where I can be seen for the sake of my own safety. | /r/MensRights | 25/05/25 10:16 PM
I think men should become more vocal about innocent until proven guilty.I even get flack for saying that while all accusations need to be addressed treated seriously, I reserve judgment until the facts come out. It’s disheartening to advocates of both real victims of crime and the victims of false allegations (eg the ones being falsely accused). | /r/MensRights | 15/05/25 11:40 AM
Seeking Advice and Support: My Experience with an Abusive WifeI’m sorry that you have had to go through this. I also at one point was in an abusive marriage. My ex-wife did many of the things that you listed as well. My wake up call is when I got a call from her therapist saying that she was calling CPS That she was taking this out on my special needs child also. I think it is time to leave, but I would do it smart. Document the behavior starting this moment up until the point that you do actually get out with the kid it is going to be an outfit battle and… | /r/MensRights | 15/11/24 02:43 PM
International mens dayAs far as I am concerned, I don’t see any reason why a woman should not be able to post here. Now to the important information, I would also have to concur with a lot of the feedback you’ve already received here. That would be a very wonderful gesture. I would concur with some of the concerns that other people have posted regarding how it would be interpreted. I do think that if you do that for every man on the team, it should be obvious enough to everyone that it is not a romantic or otherwise … | /r/MensRights | 29/10/24 08:40 PM

Got into a quarrel with a feminist about dangers of generalisation. There are people who can best articulate points in a one on one conversation as opposed to a grand debate stage with any sized audience. I tend to be in the former category. I also know that, in my experience, it is not a fairly moderated issue. I would not do well to make my arguments in that kind of environment so I do tend to avoid those situations. I think I would do the movement much better service in a one on one conversation environment versus walking into a lions den wearing a meat suit. | /r/MensRights | 22/12/23 04:10 PM
Got into a quarrel with a feminist about dangers of generalisation.I do understand your sentiment, and I think that it is honorable. The problem that I think many people have is for that understanding to be made there has to be a desire on both sides to negotiate or communicate in good faith. It has been my experience, personally, and that’s all I can speak on, Many modern feminists have no desire to seek and communicate on good faith to try to understand things from the other side of the issues. Anyways, that’s my take. | /r/MensRights | 22/12/23 01:05 PM

My work promoting a diversity, equity, and inclusion event where they made sure to have representation from all genders (that they value)They had a large scale ad campaign about fighting toxic masculinity if I recall correctly during men’s razor ads. Edit: Hit send before finishing last sentence. | /r/MensRights | 21/04/23 12:35 PM
