Probably not since that wouldn't do anything to protect men, since males are the ones committing violence against both sexes

Not so much can't as don't. Males were convicted of the vast majority of homicides in the United States, representing 89.5% of the total number of offenders (from this US DOJ report on homicide statistics from 1980-2008: https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/htus8008.pdf) Males constituted 98.9% of those arrested for forcible rape (https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2011/crime-in-the-u.s.-2011/tables/table_66_arrests_suburban_areas_by_sex_2011.xls) Sorry, but your feelings don't change the facts…

But you’re using the term. I didn’t invent the n-word, but that wouldn’t excuse me using it. But my point is less about you specifically using the term and actually exactly what you’re saying—the fact that there’s a coined term for men disingenuously using women for sex is proof of how widespread this issue is. Honestly, I’m not trying to argue I just genuinely don’t think this makes sense logically. You keep saying it’s a woman’s fault if a man mistreats her. And finally, the original post is a…

So women literally aren’t allowed to speak? That seems fair to you? You know you can’t engage in good faith or answer any of my points rationally when all you can say is “shut up.”

Ok two things: 1.) people ARENT saying “go for it;” the entire point of this post is that women aren’t allowed to be anti sex regardless of their reasoning. 2.) But in these selected posts men literally are to blame for it? Women are citing their awful experiences having sex with men as turning them off sex entirely, so it just literally is a consequence of men’s behavior? Maybe you’re trying to say they are unfairly generalizing, but can you at least acknowledge that individual men’s behavior I…

So is it okay with you if women are indifferent about sex? Kind of seems like you guys would get mad about that, too. I understand that you’re saying maybe some people are doing sour grapes, but it just seems less likely that women want sex but can’t get it (I mean…honestly), and more likely that they just actually feel the way they’re saying they feel. I’m not saying you have to have the same stance or even understand it, but it seems fair to at least acknowledge that other people can and do ha…

Are men being killed by their Uber drivers or facing false allegations from them? Is there a single documented instance of this happening? Like how is that remotely relevant to this policy? The point of this policy is to protect women from actual risks, why would you be against it? If men were being killed and there’s a policy that would prevent that I would be in favor of that as well, but a) they’re not and b) still wouldn’t be relevant to the actual policy we’re talking about. You have to bri…

I see. Thanks for answering honestly I legitimately wasn’t understanding. Isn’t it possible that he’s the one projecting? “I want to have sex therefore anyone who says they don’t want what I want is lying” instead of just acknowledging or accepting that people can have different experiences and desires? Just seems weird to search out a sub based on a specific opinion and then try to insist that opinion doesn’t exist

Looked it up for you to save you the trouble: [https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35499558/] “Educators who engaged in sexual misconduct were primarily male (85%) whereas students who reported experiencing educator misconduct were primarily female (72%).”

When you say “you’ve noticed” and “oddly high number” what do you mean? How/where have you noticed this? What is the number and how does it compare to the reverse gender dynamic? Does any data support this? Or are you just literally making up a trend that isn’t happening and then being mad about the hypothetical you invented?

Women actually just don’t want to be raped or killed—hope this helps!

How is something men did to a woman more her fault than theirs?

So you agree that these women have been used and treated poorly by men, and somehow that’s still the woman’s fault? If a hot girl comes up and starts flirting with you, then punches you in the face after you start talking, you’re saying you’d be the one at fault? Wouldn’t she be the one who misled and used you selfishly, whereas your only crime would be giving someone the benefit of the doubt and uh…being punched? I don’t get it. P.s. maybe don’t invent and use phrases like “pump and dump” if it…

Aren’t these women saying they literally don’t want to have sex? I’m confused by how it’s an insult to say they haven’t had something they don’t enjoy?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
